Team up with your pup and get moving! 
Strut Your Pup helps Iowans celebrate dogs and movement throughout the month of May! We’re excited to announce the new version of Strut Your Pup, a 25-square Bingo Card game! The goal is for you and your pup to complete as many square activities as possible through May. The squares are geared towards bettering you and your dog's well-being. Studies have shown that people who regularly walk dogs may benefit from lower blood pressure, have a trimmer waistline, and suffer from fewer chronic diseases. Dogs are a great accountability partner; keeping you active and on schedule. 
 

Throughout May you will receive email tips with canine-focused resources and content to keep you engaged and motivated! 

How does it work? 

1. Register!
2. Download the provided Bingo Card. 
3. Mark off each Bingo activity that you and your pup complete.
4. Submit your Bingos and/or Blackouts to Live Healthy Iowa by emailing info@livehealthyiowa.org to be entered in a drawing for pup related prizes!
