Live Healthy Iowa 100 Day Wellness Challenge is a fun and easy way to engage Iowans in healthy behaviors. This team-based physical activity, nutrition, and weight loss program is designed to promote positive changes leading to a healthier lifestyle. Over 100 BVRMC coworkers, family and friends have formed teams that encourage each other to set realistic goals and keep on track to achieve their personal wellness goals. Shown are some of the BVRMC team members celebrating their half way mark by posting 320 lbs lost, over 12,000 miles tracked and nearly 3,000 hours of activity.
